摘要
随着航天器小型化的发展,微推进技术研究具有十分迫切和重要的意义.基于微机电系统(MEMS)的固体燃料微推进器(MSPT)具有诸多优点,已成为微推进技术研究热点.介绍了MSPT的研究背景及优势,综述了国内外基于MEMS的固体燃料微推进器的结构与装配、点火部分研究、推进剂研究、推力测试装置设计、模型及数值模拟方面的研究进展.分析了目前研究中存在的问题和不足之处,并展望了未来研究的重点和改进方向.
With the miniaturization of spacecraft, micro-propulsion technology research is becoming significant. MEMS-based solid propellant micro thruster enjoys many advantages, and thus has become the focus of micro-propulsion study. The background and advantages of MEMS-based solid propellant micro thruster study were reviewed. The progress in MEMS-based solid propellant micro thruster was explored, including its structure and assembly, ignition part, propellant, thrust test device design, modeling and numerical simulation. The problems in present studies are analyzed, and the perspectives in future work are proposed.
