摘要
以大型文化纸机白水作为研究对象,研究短循环白水中溶解胶体物(Dissolved and Colloidal Substance,即DCS)的来源,DCS和纸机排水、纸料留着率及纸张强度之间的关联性。结果发现白水中DCS中的无机物主要来源是填料碳酸钙,有机物来源主要是浆料和化学品;当短循环白水中DCS含量超过900 mg·L^(-1)时,纸机开始排水,短循环白水中DCS含量能反映纸机清洁程度;同时DCS含量对纸料总保留率、灰分保留率及纸张强度都有影响。
Dissolved and colloidal substance (DCS) in white water from the fine paper machine was investigated for many months. The results showed that inorganics source of DCS was primarily calcium carbonate and organics source chiefly came from pulps and chemicals. As the amount of DCS over 900 mg·L-1, the paper machine started to drain. The amount of DCS in #1 white water could illustrate clean level of wet-end of paper machine. Simultaneously it influenced retention efficiency and paper strengths.
