纸张性能对网点扩大的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Dot Gain Based on Paper Performances

主要探讨不同类型纸张的表面性能对网点扩大的影响,然后分析比较找出影响规律。选取3种常见纸张为研究对象,分别测试其表面性能及网点扩大值。通过分析数据,得出纸张性能和网点扩大之间的关系。铜版纸的网点扩大较大,不适合用于喷墨印刷,而相纸和喷墨打印纸的网点扩大较小;同一纸张上四色油墨的网点扩大情况不相同,青色墨网点扩大最严重,黄色墨网点扩大普遍最小。本研究为印刷企业在实际生产中正确选择印刷用纸、提高印品质量提供科学依据。

The effect of surface properties of different types of paper on dot gain was discussed. Selecting three kinds of common paper as the research objects, the paper performances and dot gain value were tested. The relationship between paper performances and dot gain was found out after analyzing data. Coated art paper has larger dot gain, and it＇s not suitable for ink jet printing, photographic paper and ink jet paper have smaller dot gain; dot gain is also different with colors in the same paper, and dot gain is most serious in cyan, but it is common minimum in yellow. The research is useful to help printing enterprises to choose right paper in the actual production and improve printing quality to provide a theoretical basis.
