校级综合型基础实验教学中心建设的探索与实践

Exploration and practice the construction of university comprehensive fundamental experiment teaching center

构建良好的实验教学环境是全方位培养人才的实验教学模式的重要环节。以校级综合型基础实验教学中心建设为例,对优化资源配置、完善管理制度、改革实验教学体系、建设师资队伍等方面进行了探讨。该实验教学中心将大学生实验技能和创新精神培养放在首位,优良的软硬件条件,有利于扩大学生视野、提高实验教学质量,为进一步提升学校综合实力、扩大招生规模、改善办学条件提供了保障。

To construct a good experiment teaching environment is an important part of the experiment teaching model for training the full range of talents. Taking the construction of a university-wide comprehensive experiment teaching center as an example, to optimize the allocation of resources, improve the management system, the reform of experimental teaching system and the building of the contingent of teachers are discussed in this paper. The experiment teaching center puts the cultivation of students＇ experiment skills and innovative spirit in the first place; the excellent software and hardware conditions are conducive to expand the horizons of students, improve the quality of experiment teaching, and to provide a guarantee for further enhancing the comprehensive strength of the school, expanding enrollment scale and improving the conditions for running schools.
