摘要
以PW11/PANI/Ti O2为光催化剂,研究了不同条件对亚甲基蓝光催化降解效果的影响,如改变亚甲基蓝溶液的起始浓度、调节溶液的起始p H值和催化剂的用量等。结果表明,亚甲基蓝溶液光催化降解的最佳条件为染料的起始质量浓度为10 mg/L,p H值为3,催化剂的最佳用量为7.5mg,可达90.12%的脱色率。该催化剂对亚甲基蓝染料的降解为一级动力学反应。
The PW11/ PANI / TiO2 was researched as the photocatalyst to degradation of the methylene blue. The influences of several operating parameters,such as the dosage of catalyst,initial dye concentration,and p H,on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were investigated. The degradation rate of methylene blue with PW11/ PANI / Ti O2 was 90.12% after being treated for 200 min under 30 W ultraviolet light irradiation at p H 3,the initial concentration of methylene blue is 10 mg / L and theamount of catalyst is 7. 5 mg. The agent for the degradation of methylene blue is first order kinetics.
