强流脉冲电子束40CrNiMo7钢表面改性性能实验研究

摘要 利用强流脉冲电子束(HCPEB)HOPE-I型对40CrNiMo7钢实施表面改性。测试改性表面的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,改性样品的表面显微硬度由原始313 HK增加到1114 HK,耐磨性对应提高约36%。 Surface modification of 40 Cr Ni Mo7 steel was carried out by high current pulsed electron beam( HCPEB)technique. The surface microhardness and wear resistance were measured before and after HCPEB treatment. It is found that the surface microhardness of modified sample was improved from 313 HK of initial state to the best of 1114 HK,and the wear resistance increased by 36% approximately.
