摘要
中原油田小井眼侧钻井常规钻井液为聚合物混原油钻井液,不仅不利于环境保护,还经常出现掉块、卡钻等井下复杂状况,为了解决常规钻井液抑制性、润滑性不足的问题,本文通过正交设计优选出了强抑制性的CAPG钻井液体系,该体系页岩滚动回收率达96.85%,润滑系数达0.10,现场试验结果表明:优选出的CAPG钻井液配方满足了中原小井眼侧钻井安全快速钻进的要求,施工井均顺利完钻,电测、下套管一次成功。
The normal drilling fluid of sidetracked slim hole in Zhongyuan oilfield is polymer drilling fluid mixed crude oil,which is not good for environmental protection and also appear down complicated situation,such as sticking,collapsing.The optimized strong inhibitive CAPG drilling fluid formula formed through orthogonal design,the shale recovery rate is96. 85% and the lubricity coefficient is 0. 10. When applying in sidetracked slim hole of Zhongyuan oilfield,the results show that the CAPG drilling fluid meeting the requirements of safely and quickly drilling in this formation,the applied wells get a successful completion logging and running casing.
