摘要
通过化学成分检测、硬度试验、宏观及微观形貌分析、金相检测等手段,对0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢等径三通上出现裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明,产品没有进行固溶及去应力处理是导致三通开裂的主要原因。同时,材质中夹杂物及微小气孔的存在降低了材料的力学性能。
This paper analyses the cracking causes of 0Cr18Ni9 Austenitic stainless steel. The chemical compositions,brinell hardness as well as macrostructures and microstructures of cracks were investigated. Results show that the main reasons of the cracks are lacking of solution treatment and stress- relieve treatment. Additionally,the existing of inclusions and tiny pores can also influence the mechanical properties of 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel.
