摘要 应用型本科人才培养是我国高等教育发展的主要对象。本文结合菏泽市地方资源特点和我系师资结构特点,以培养应用型本科能源化工专业的人才为出发点,从人才培养规格、课程体系构建、教学方式方法革新、实践教学和科技创新体系的完善、考核评价方式的改进、师资队伍建设等方面对应用型本科能源化学工程人才培养的模式进行了建构。 The training talent of applied undergraduate is the main objects of the development of higher education in our country. In this paper,combining with the characteristics of our local resources and teachers structure,from the training applied undergraduate energy chemical industry professional talents,the training mode was constructed from the talent specifications,curriculum system construction,the innovation in teaching methods,practice teaching and the improvement of the science and technology innovation system,the improvement of evaluation method,and the construction of teachers team.
