摘要
随着城市污水水量的不断增大,污泥的处置成为目前环境问题中越来越备受关注的问题。相比以前传统的填埋焚烧等仍会带来环境问题的方式,污泥的资源化处理才应该是污泥的最终归宿。首先,以污泥为原料,制作建筑材料,结果表明:掺入质量分数为5%以内的污泥,制作出来的砖块可作为承重砖使用,且有隔热保温效果;还可利用少量污泥作为添加剂生产生态水泥。其次,以脱水污泥、黏土为原料,制作滤料、填料应用于水处理,真正达到了污泥资源化利用的目的。最后,以污泥为原料,在实验要求条件下制作出吸附剂,即污泥活性炭、生物碳等,实验结果表明这的确是条可行方案。
With the increasing urban sewage water,sludge disposal environmental problems become increasingly major concern. Compared to the previous conventional landfill incineration is still the way to bring environmental issues,sludge treatment resources should be the final destination of sludge. First,the sludge as a raw material,production of construction materials,results showed that: the incorporation of the mass fraction of less than 5% sludge,made out of bricks can be used as a load- bearing brick,and there is insulation effect; The second application,with dewatered sludge,clay as raw materials,production of filter,filler used in water treatment,the sludge really achieve the purpose of Comprehensive Utilization; Finally,the sludge as raw material,under the required experimental conditions to produce the adsorbent,that is the sludge activated carbon,biological carbon,etc. The results show that it is indeed possible options bar.
