硬脂酸改性石榴石及增强环氧树脂复合材料研究 被引量:1

摘要 以柿竹园石榴石为原料,采用硬脂酸进行表面改性实验。研究了改性剂用量、改性时间、改性温度对改性效果的影响。采用活化度评价硬脂酸改性石榴石的效果,并用红外光谱表征硬脂酸和石榴石相互作用机理。将改性与未改性石榴石分别填充于环氧树脂中,测试其力学性能。结果表明最佳的改性工艺条件为:硬脂酸用量为2.5%、改性温度为70℃、改性时间为50 min。相同添加量下,改性石榴石/环氧树脂复合材料的弯曲、拉伸强度分别提高了25.0%、46.3%。 The garnet in Shizhuyuan were modified using stearic acid. The effect of modifier amount, modification time and modification temperature were studied. The activation grade was adopted to evaluate the effect of modification. FTIR analysis was used to study the modification mechanism. The garnet with and without modification were filled in the epoxy resin to test its mechanical properties. The best modification result was obtained when garnet were modified using 2.5% stearic acid at 70 ℃ for 50 min. With the same filling content, the tensile strength and bending strength of modified garnet/eposy resin composites were increased by 25.0% and 46.3%, respectively.
