摘要
采用化学发泡法对石膏进行发泡,制备石膏基泡沫混凝土。结果表明:化学发泡法制备的泡沫混凝土水化产物并没有发生变化,仍为二水石膏。随发泡剂量的增加泡沫混凝土强度下降,孔隙率增大,密度下降,但耐水性未有明显下降。缓凝剂的掺入对凝结时间和强度都有一定影响。纤维量的少量增加,对泡沫混凝土的抗折增大不明显。微观分析显示:未掺发泡剂时生成的二水石膏结构要比掺发泡剂的结构致密。
Study on the preparation of gypsum based foamed concrete by using chemical foaming method. The results show the hydration products of foamed concrete prepared by chemical foaming method did not change and keep on dihydrate gypsum. With the increase of foam dose, the strength of foam concrete decreases, the porosity increases and the density decreases, but water resistance has not been significantly decreased. The incorporation of the retarder has a certain effect on the setting time and strength. The flexural strength of foamed concrete has not increased with the increase of fiber content. Microscopic analysis shows that: the structure of the two water gypsum generated by the no- foaming agent is compacter than the foaming agent.
