摘要
以水玻璃为硅源、偏铝酸钠为铝源,通过水热合成法制备Na A分子筛并探究陈化条件对合成Na A分子筛的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析手段表征合成样品的物相、结晶度、形貌和粒径大小。结果表明:在碱度为n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=30、100℃晶化1 h的条件下,最佳陈化温度为30℃,陈化时间为24 h,在最佳条件下合成的A型分子筛晶型完整、粒度分布均匀、平均粒径约为500 nm。
NaA zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal method with sodium silicate as silicon source and sodium metaaluminate as aluminum source, and the influence of aging conditions on product were investigated. The zeolite type, crystallinity, morphology, particle size and distribution of crystalline products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The experimental results showed that the optimum aging temperature was 30 ℃, aging time was 24 h under the n(H2O) / n(Na2O)=30, crystallization temperature was 100 ℃ for 1 h and Na A zeolite had well-defined crystal and uniform particle about 500 nm.
