摘要
以CFBC(循环流化床)固硫灰为水泥混合材,CFBC固硫灰掺量、固硫灰级配、水胶比、激发剂种类和激发剂掺量等为变量,系统研究了CFBC固硫灰水泥砂浆试块3 d/28 d强度性能。采用SEM对CFBC固硫灰水泥在有无激发剂情况下的水化过程机理进行了分析,并对CFBC固硫灰水泥应用上进行了改进和建议。
Using CFBC desulfurization ash as the cement mixed material, select CFBC desulfurization ash content, desulfurization ash grading with appropriate grading proportion, water cement ratio, excitation agent type and excitation agent content as variables, to study the block strength of 3 d / 28 d performance of CFBC desulfurization ash cement mortar test. By the method of SEM, the CFBC desulfurization ash cement hydration process mechanism is analyzed; the improvements and suggestions in the CFBC desulfurization ash cement application are summarized.
