利用煤矸石合成沸石及其矿物成分的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以内蒙古某地两种矿物成分不同的煤矸石(XJW-K、CP-K)为原料,采用450℃低温碱融-水热法合成沸石,并加入导向剂,有效减少了晶化时间。试验中两种体系合成条件相同,原料摩尔配比均为n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(Si O2)∶n(H2O)=4∶2∶1∶123,晶化温度为50℃,晶化时间为24 h,但通过对产物进行XRD和SEM分析可知,CP-K体系中不仅有A型沸石生成,还有部分X型沸石被结晶出来,XJW-K体系中只有A型沸石被结晶出来,因此,对原料中石英、伊利石含量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,除了常规合成条件对沸石合成有影响之外,原料的矿物成分及其含量对沸石的增长和结晶也起着至关重要的作用。 This experiment was taken two different mineral composition of coal gangue(XJW-K、CP-K) in Inner Mongolia as the raw material, the zeolite was synthesized with alkali fusion-hydrothermal method at low temperature using the guiding agent, which effectively reduce the crystallization time. The composition of the two systems were n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(Si O2)∶n(H2O) = 4∶2∶1∶123, crystallization temperature of 50 ℃ and crystallization time of 24 h. Although the synthetic conditions were the same in the two systems, the XRD and SEM analysis showed that there were not only A-type zeolite, but also some X-type zeolite in the CP-K system. However, only the A-type zeolite was crystallized in the XJW-K system. Therefore, this experiment studyed the content of quartz, illite in raw materials on the zeolite crystalization. The results showed that the mineral composition and content of raw materials also play an important role in the growth and crystallization of zeolite except for conventional conditions.
