Study on the Energy Industry Chain Integrative Cooperation Under the Framework of the Silk Road Economic Belt

丝绸之路经济带建设为中国与中亚地区的合作创造了崭新空间,而能源合作是双方经济合作的基础和关键。能源产业链一体化合作符合中国与中亚五国在能源供需与进出口方面的现实需求,是确保中国能源安全的必然要求,并且有利于发挥比较优势、促进多产业链条的联动发展,对于推行"中国制造"及落实"走出去"战略、转移过剩产能、实现产业结构升级意义重大。

The construction of the Silk Road economic belt has created a new space for the cooperation between China and Central Asia,and energy cooperation is the basis of it. For both China and Central Asian countries,energy industry chain integrative cooperation satisfies their import and export demand,and ensures their energy security. Besides,it is helpful for China to play the comparative advantages and promote the industrial linkage development,which will be important for the implement of the ＂made in China＂and ＂going out＂strategy. And it is of great significance to the transfer of excess capacity and the upgrade of industrial structure.
