A thorough study on the connotation and measure standard,the evaluation system,and the internal relationship of fair distribution and economic efficiency,has very important significance in expansion of the theory study on income distribution,scientifically and reasonably evaluating the degree of fair distribution and economic efficiency in present China,and the government formulating scientific and rational policies to promote the fair distribution and economic efficiency. This paper is the systematic review of the latest research progress of the connotation and measure standard,the evaluation system,and the internal relationship of fair distribution and economic efficiency,and this is also summary prospects on the further study.
