摘要
根据诱导型技术进步理论推导出环境规制对技术进步影响模型,阐述了环境规制对企业技术进步的影响,并进一步探讨了环境规制与企业绩效之间的关系。在理论分析的基础上,利用中国三大经济集聚区的工业企业2007-2011年的调查问卷数据,实证检验了环境规制对技术进步、企业绩效的影响。回归结果表明环境规制对企业技术进步以及企业绩效均有显著正向的影响。通过企业层面的数据代替省市级数据、变换代理变量等方法对实证的结果进行了稳健性检验,显示研究结论是稳健的。
According to the theory of induced technological advances,we deduced that the model of environmental regulations impact the technological advances. After that,we described the environmental regulations impact the enterprises technological progress,and we explored further the relationship between environmental regulations and corporate performance. Based on the theoretical analysis,we used the survey questionnaire data of three major economic gathering areas＇ industrial enterprises in China＇s 2007- 2011 to test the impact environmental regulations on technological progress and the corporate performance empirically. The regression results show that environmental regulations have positive impact on enterprises technological progress and corporate performance. By using firm- level data instead of the provincial and municipal data to do the robustness test,the results show that the research conclusions are robust.
