网络组织的风险及其治理:风险悖论的视角

The Risks and its Governance of Network Organization: from the Perspective of Risk Paradox

以风险悖论为视角探索网络组织的风险治理,认为网络化合作是企业为规避风险而在专业化与多元化之间艰难选择的必然结果。然而,风险并未因网络组织的组建而得到有效防范,反而陷入风险悖论的怪圈。在对风险悖论从生成、分析与求解三个方面的系统探讨的基础上,构建了以网络环境、合作结点、链接关系、网络整体四大要件为基本内容的网络组织风险治理的理论模型,以期屏蔽外源性风险、抑制风险源活性、阻断风险传导路径、搭建风险治理平台,进而从根本上破解网络组织风险悖论,为网络组织的有序运作和社会资源的有效配置提供新思路。

This paper explores risk governance of network organization from the perspective of risk paradox.Networked cooperation is the inevitable result of risk aversion between specialized and diversified choice for enterprises,however,risks are not prevented effectively because of the establishment of network organization,but fall into the circle of risk paradox. On the basis of systematic study of risk paradox from three aspects of raise,analysis,and solution,this paper constructs a theoretical model for risk governance including four elements of network environment,cooperative nodes,links relationship,and whole network. In order to shield the exogenous risk,restrain risk activity,block conduction path,establish platform for risk governance,thus solve risk paradox of network organization fundamentally,to provide new insight into the ordered operation of network organization and effective allocation of social resources.
