摘要
关注员工和企业关系,促进二者共同发展是企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。尝试运用共生理论对员工和企业共生行为进行研究,界定了员工和企业的共生关系,构建了基于Logistic模型的共生行为模式并对其稳定性进行了分析。研究表明,依据员工和企业之间相互贡献率的差异,存在寄生型、偏利共生型和互惠共生型三种共生行为模式,这一探索对于企业人力资源管理具有指导意义。
Focus on employee and enterprise relations and to promote their mutual development is an important means of enterprise to obtain competitive advantage. This paper tries to use symbiosis theory study on the symbiosis behavior between employee and enterprise. This study defines the employees and the enterprise symbiotic relationship,builds symbiosis behavior patterns and its stability is analyzed based on the Logistic model. The results show that,according to contribution rate between employees and enterprises,there are three kinds of symbiosis behavior patterns,including parasite,dominance symbiosis and reciprocal symbiosis.
