摘要
钢纤维混凝土大量应用于军事防护工程以防御高速侵彻和爆炸冲击,钢纤维-钢筋混凝土结构在低速冲击作用下的性能表现是目前反恐安全和交通安全领域的重点研究对象,为此设计制作了两种配筋率下的钢纤维-钢筋混凝土板,用落锤试验仪模拟低速动荷载对试件抗冲击性能的影响,通过掺加不同比例的钢纤维,比对分析对低速冲击破坏形态和荷载、位移和能量变化规律,得出钢纤维掺量对钢纤维-钢筋混凝土板抗低速冲击性能的影响。
Steel fiber concrete is widely applied for defense high speed penetration and explosion shock in military protection engineering, performance of steel fiber-reinforced concrete structure is one of the key research objects in the field of counter-terrorism safety and traffic safety under the action of low-velocity impact, steel fiber-reinforced concrete plate with two kinds of reinforcement ratio is prepared, and influence on resistance properties of specimens is simulated to high rolling dynamic load by using the drop hammer test apparatus. Through adding different proportions of steel fiber, a comparative analysis on the changing law of the low-speed impact's damage form, load, displacement and energy is given,the influence of steel fiber content on low-velocity impact resistance performance of steel fiber-reinforced concrete plate is obtained.
