摘要
针对通州运河核心区商务公寓工程中的C60高强混凝土的超高程泵送要求,从优选原材料入手,进行了混凝土配合比的设计及优化,对泵机所需的压力进行了验算,并对泵管的选择、泵管的布置及泵送施工过程进行了分析,成功地将C60高强混凝土泵送至241m处。
Aiming ultra-high pumping requirement of C60 high-strength concrete in Tongzhou canal core zone business apartment, the design and optimization of concrete mix proportion is carried out. The checking for pump machine pressure is calculated, selection, layout and construction of pumping pipe are analyzed in detailed to successfully lift C60high-strength concrete pumping to 241 m.
