超声萃取-GC/MS法同时测定阻燃涂层剂中4种禁/限用磷酸酯

Determination of the 4 types of banned/limited phosphates in the flame retardant coating agents by gas chromatography combined with ultrasonic extraction

通过用丙酮超声萃取,GC/MS进行定性定量,建立了同时测定阻燃涂层剂中4种禁限用磷酸酯的方法,优化了萃取条件。结果表明,该方法准确度和灵敏性高,检出限为1.0~2.0 mg/L,回收率为96.3%~108.5%,相对标准偏差为5.42%~6.87%。应用该方法可对阻燃剂原料和产品进行质量控制,筛选环保原料,也可对成品进行质量控制。

A determination method of the 4 types of banned/limited phosphates in the flame retardant coating agent was established, which was extracted with acetone under ultrasound and qualified and quantified by GC/MS. The extraction conditions were optimized. With the high accuracy and sensitive, the detection limits of the test method were 1.0~2.0 mg/L, and the recoveries varied from 96.3% to 108.5% with the relative standard deviation of 5.42%~6.87%. The method could be used for quality control of the product and the raw material. At the same time, it is helpful for the safety and environmental protection of the chemicals.
