我国部分省份猪群中流感病毒血清学抗体的调查 被引量:11

Serological survey of influenza virus among pigs in different regions of China

摘要 为了解近年来我国猪群中流感病毒的感染与流行情况,本研究分别对2013年11~12月期间采集于福建等9个重点养猪省份的2198份以及2014年3~4月期间采自于广东和湖南两省的3654份猪血清样品进行了血凝抑制(HI)抗体的检测。选取欧亚类禽型猪H1N1(EAH1N1)、2009甲型H1N1(2009/H1N1)、H3N2亚型猪流感病毒(SIV)、H5N1禽流感病毒(AIV)、H9N2AIV及H7N9流感病毒制备的HI标准抗原作为检测抗原。结果显示,2013年我国猪群中EAH1N1、2009/H1N1、H3N2SIV、H5N1AⅣ、H9N2AIV及H7N9流感病毒平均抗体阳性率分别为49,73%、11.87%、1.71%、0、0、1.36%:2014年分别为48。52%、12.10%、1.04%、0、0、2.05%。检测结果表明2013年~2014年间我国猪群中H1N1亚型SIV感染比较普遍,H3N2、H9N2流感病毒抗体阳性率较低,未检测到H5N1、H7N9流感病毒抗体。 To investigate the prevalence of influenza virus among pigs in different regions of China, a total of 2,198 and 3,654 swine serum samples were collected from Fujian and other 8 provinces during Nov. to Dec. in 2013 and Guangdong and Hunan province during Mar. to Apr. in 2014, respectively, and subjected to detections of antibodies against different subtype influenza virus by HI tests with the antigens prepared from Eurasian avian-like H1N1 (EA H1N1), 2009 H1N1 pandemic virus (2009/ H1N1), H3N2 subtype swine influenza virus (S1V), avian H5 and H9 subtype virus and H7N9 influenza virus. The results showed that the positive rates of EA H1N1, 2009/H1N1, H3N2 SIV, H5N1 AIV, H9N2 A1V and H7N9 influenza virus were 49.73%, 11.87%, 1.71%, 0, 0 and 1.36%, respectively, in 2013; The positive rates were 48.52%, 12.10%, 1.04%, 0, 0 and 2.05%, respectively, in 2014. In summary, these results indicated that H1N1 SIVs were widely prevalent in the swine population, which might pose a serious threat to the public health, and it is necessary to continually conduct the influenza virus surveillance in pigs.
