摘要
作者应用高分辨率的蛋白质分析技术——薄层等电聚焦电泳对肝脏同工铁蛋白进行了鉴定和分析研究。结果表明:Wistar大鼠、正常人及肝细胞性肝癌病人的肝脏同工铁蛋白电泳区带分别为7、6、3三条;等电点分别为5.76~4.75、5.80~4.85、4.50~4.43,肝细胞性肝癌病人肝脏同工铁蛋白的等电点明显偏酸。
Thin-layer IEF,an analytical techniqueof high resolution for protein, was used toidentify the liver isoferritin in Wistar rat,normal human and patients with hepato-cellular carcinoma (HCC) respectively. Thefocusing conditions were 2000 V, 25W, 10℃,2h. The results showed that the IEF bandsof tte live isoferritin in Wistar rat, normalhuman and potients with HCC were 7, 6, 3and the pI of the liver isoferritin were5.76-4. 75, 5. 80-4. 85, 4. 50-4. 43 respectively.The method and data in this paper mightbe good reference for in-depth study of thestructure and function of ferritin and itsapplications in clinical medicine.
