摘要 针对螺旋钻机开采薄煤层采煤方法的重要钻采参数(钻采宽度和煤柱宽度)进行研究,提出了无间隔的连续钻采多个(2个以上)钻采孔再留一定煤柱的连续多孔钻采概念,以代替传统的单孔钻采方式。以某矿为例进行的物理模拟试验研究发现,在一定地质条件下,钻采宽度8 m及煤柱宽度2m时,煤柱和围岩没有发生变形等影响钻采的现象,因此连续多孔钻采的新方法是可行的。这一研究成果对薄煤层螺旋钻机开采方式设计具有重要意义。 According to the important drilling parameters of mining thin coal seam by auger, including drilling width and pillar width, the concept of continuous porous drilling was put forward to instead of the traditional single-hole drilling mode. The new method could continuously drill multiple holes (more than two holes) without intervals and leave some coal pillars. Taking a mine as an example, the physical simulation tests found that under certain geological conditions, the continuous porous drilling was feasible, because there was no deformation in the pillars and the surrounding rock to affect drilling as the drilling width of 8 m and the piD lar width of 2 m. The research had important significance on the auger design for mining thin coal seam.
