摘要 利用双摆锤冲击破碎实验平台,以不同摆角对四组不同粒度的钨矿石进行冲击破碎试验,得到了表征矿料碎后粒度分布特性的概率密度分布曲线;对概率密度曲线进行高斯参数估计,得到了表征矿料破碎效果的3个参数:均值、标准差、偏度系数;以3个参数为自变量,冲击破碎能为因变量,通过牛顿插值函数建立了冲击破碎角度即冲击破碎能与破碎效果间的关系,最后通过实验验证了采用牛顿插值函数预测矿料破碎效果的方法是可行的。 The impact crushing experiment platform with double rotors was used to carry out the crushing tests for four groups of tungsten ore with different sizes from different angles. The probability density distribution curve, expressing the distribution characteristics of particle sizes after ore crushing, was obtained. The Gauss parameters were es timated for the curve. Three parameters indicating the crushlug effect were obtained, including the aggregate mean, the standard deviation and the skewness coefficient. Taking the parameters as independent variables and the impact energy as dependent variable, the relationship between impact energy and crushing effect was established by Newton interpolation function. Finally, the method, using Newton interpolation function to predict crushing effect, was verified to be feasible through experiments.
