摘要
基于"中国企业雇主—雇员匹配数据调查"数据,关于企业员工对补充养老保险的参保意愿与参保行为的研究显示:目前影响我国企业年金的实际参与情况的因素更多地与企业性质和行业特征有关,与企业对员工报酬的设计理念和价值取向有关;参与意愿则更多地反映了个人状况和个人的主观能动性的作用,其中个人意识,特别是教育水平呈现出显著的影响;工会对于员工养老权益保障的效果和需求均呈现正向作用。
The current study conducts an econometric analysis with China's Employer-Employee Matched Survey data to explore the factors affecting employees' annuity participation willingness and actual participation choice. Research findings show that currently enterprise annuity coverage tends to be influenced by macro factors, including enterprise and industry characteristics, as well as enterprises' notions and values in formulating wages. However, individuals' characteristics and their own initiatives tend to affect annuity participation willingness. In particular, educational level significantly affects individuals' attitudes towards annuity participation. Accordingly, Policy implications are also discussed.
