摘要
以氯化钾和磷钨酸为原料,采用浸渍法制备非水溶性磷钨酸钾光催化剂。以光催化降解有机农药百菌清的活性为目标,考察了磷钨酸钾的制备条件,并用IR、XRD、SEM和UV-Vis对催化剂进行了结构表征。结果表明:磷钨酸钾光催化剂在氯化钾与磷钨酸的摩尔比为2.5∶1,300℃焙烧3 h的条件下对百菌清的降解率达到90%以上。磷钨酸钾保持了磷钨酸的Keggin结构,比磷钨酸的晶粒尺寸小,比表面积大。
Water insoluble potassium phosphotungstate photocatalysts were prepared by the dipping-molding used potassium chloride and phosphotungstic acid. The preparation conditions were optimized by photocatalytic activities,and the structure of photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),infrared radiation( IR),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and ultraviolet-xisible spectroscopy( UV-Vis). The results indicated that potassium phosphotungstate photocatalysts had fine degradation performance on chlorothalonil,and its degradation efficiency was more than 90% on the condition of potassium chloride with phosphotungstate molar ratio of 2. 5 ∶ 1 and 300℃ of calcination temperature for 3 h. Potassium phosphotungstate kept the Keggin structure,reduced the grain size,and increased the specific surface area.
