基于仿真模型的《玻璃工厂设计概论》教学改革与创新

摘要 浮法玻璃生产线仿真模型是按一定比例缩小的实际生产线模型,其结构高度仿真,在教学中对设备结构、工艺流程的展示更加直观,尤其是对于设计课程的教学帮助很大。探索基于仿真模型的《玻璃工厂设计概论》课程教学方法,提出了具体实施路线,创新了考核方法,有助于该方法在玻璃行业教学中推广应用。 The simulation model of float glass production line is a practical production line model which is reduced to a certain proportion. Its structure is highly simulated. It is more intuitive to show the structure of equipment and the process of producing in teaching, especially for design courses. This paper explores the teaching method of 'Introduction to Glass Factory Design' based on simulation model, puts forward the specific implementation route and innovates the assessment method, which is helpful to the popularization and application of this method in the teaching of glass industry.
