摘要 由于过山车运行过程中采集到的加速度信号往往夹杂着干扰信号,对信号处理造成影响,使结果失真。为了研究过山车实际运行过程中的振动情况,消除速度信号中的干扰因素,给出了利用Matlab软件对过山车加速度信号进行处理的方法。通过消除趋势项处理和平滑处理方法对过山车运行过程中采集的加速度信号进行了预处理。对处理后的过山车加速度信号采用时域数值积分,分别得到了相应的速度信号和位移信号。再利用傅里叶变换得到了过山车加速度信号的频域特性。结果表明,预处理方法成功地消除了加速度信号中的干扰信号,使得时域和频域处理的结果更加真实可信。 Roller coaster acceleration signal collected during the actual operation process is often mixed with interfeting signal, which impacts on the result of signal processing and causes the result of distortion. In order to study the vibration of roller coaster' s actual operation process, and eliminate the interference factors of the measured accelera- tion signal, we presented a processing method of the roller coaster acceleration signal based on Matlab. Eliminating trend term and smoothing method were used to preprocess the acceleration signal collected in roller coaster operation process. Velocity signal and displacement signal were acquired by using numerical integration for the acceleration sig- nal in the time domain. Using fast Fourier transform, we obtained the frequency domain characteristics of roller coast- er acceleration signal. The results show that, the pretreatment method successfully eliminates interfering signals of the acceleration signal, and makes time domain and frequency domain processing results more real and credible.
