摘要
研究天然气管道运行优化问题。天然气在管道中流动时,压缩机消耗大约3%~5%的管输气体来提供流动所需能量,会产生巨额的能耗费用及排放大量二氧化碳气体。从经济性及节能减排角度,为对输气管道运行方案进行优化。提出以全线总能耗为目标函数,在考虑管道、压缩机等约束条件的基础上建立优化模型。为混合整数非线性规划问题,决策变量庞大.且目标函数和约束条件均是非线性非凸的,采用传统数学规划方法很难计算出真正意义上的最优解。可分别选择动态规划法和遗传算法求解,并通过实际算例进行分析。从计算速度和结果最优性两方面讨论了两种算法在输气管道运行优化中的适应性,为今后输气管道运行优化问题提供指导作用。
The issue of natural gas pipeline operation optimization was researched. When natural gas flows in the pipeline, the compressors need to consume 3 ~5% of the natural gas to provide kinetic energy for flowing, this costs huge energy expense and drives off a lot of carbon dioxide. From the aspects of both economy and energy saving, the optimization problem of gas pipeline operation scheme is of great significance. This paper built a mathematical model which takes the overall energy consumption as object function, and also consideres the constraint of pipeline and com- pressor. This model describes a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem, and it is difficult to find the optimum solution since the amount of decision variables is large and both of objective function and constrains are non-linear and non-convex. Dynamic Programming (DP) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) arc chosen to solve this problem respec- tively. By the analysis of result obtained, we demonstrated the adaptability of those two algorithms from two aspects of computing speed and result optimality, this has a certain guiding significance on future gas pipeline operation optimi- zation problem.
