摘要
成都市幼儿园园本课程建设从上世纪80年代至今已取得丰硕成果,但同时也存在不少问题,如园本课程建设价值迷失、顶层设计不完善、具体操作方法缺乏、课程建设机制不健全等。园长课程领导力不足、教师队伍素质不高、课程建设外围支持系统不健全等是影响园本课程建设质量的重要因素。为促进园本课程建设,今后幼儿园应建立健全园本课程开发机制,针对教师进行连续深入的园本课程开发培训,建构行之有效的园外支持系统。
Kindergarten should base kindergarten education with quality could kindergarten-based curriculum in Chengdu its curriculum on its children's needs improve children's development. But the city is not very good. Kindergarten should and interests. Only construction status of further its efforts and abilities on the development of kindergarten.based curriculum.
