血流变及细胞因子与剖宫产产妇术后切口愈合的关系分析

Relationship between hemorheology,cytokines and postoperative incision healing of puerpera with cesarean section

目的：研究及分析血流变及细胞因子与剖宫产产妇术后切口愈合的关系。方法：选取2014年10月～2015年6月于进行剖宫产的82例产妇为观察组，同时期的82例阴道顺产产妇为对照组，然后将两组产前及产后3d、7d的血流变及细胞因子进行比较，同时比较产后7d时观察组中不同切口愈合分级者的血流变及细胞因子水平，并以Logistic分析上述血液指标与术后切口愈合的关系。结果：产前两组产妇的血流变及细胞因子水平均无显著性差异，P均〉0．05，而产后3d及7d观察组均高于对照组，产后7d时观察纽中不同切口愈合分级者的上述指标存在明显差异，经Logistic分析显示，上述指标均于产妇产后切口愈合有密切的关系，P均〈0．05。结论：血流变及细胞因子与剖宫产产妇术后切口愈合有密切的关系，应加强对剖宫产产妇产后上述指标的监测。

Objective： To study the relationship between the hemorheology,cytokines and postoperative incision healing of puerpera with cesarean section. Methods：A total of 82 puerpera with cesarean section from October 2014, to June 2015 were selected as the observation group,and 82 puerpera with vaginal delivery at the same time were selected as the control group. Hemorheology and cytokines of two groups before delivery and on third and seventh day after the delivery were compared,and the hemorheology and cytokines levels of observation group with different classification of incision healing on seventh day after the delivery were compared too. The relationship between those indexes and postoperative incision healing were analyzed by the Logistic analysis. Results：The hemorheology and cytokines of two groups before delivery showed no significant differences,all P〉0.05. The levels of observation group on third and seventh day after the delivery were all higher than those of control group, and the levels of observation group with different classification of incision healing showed significant differences. Those indexes all had close relationship to the postoperative incision healing （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The hemorheology and cyto kines have close relationship to the postoperative incision healing of puerpera with cesarean section,so those indexes should be paid more attention.
