Th1/Th2细胞因子与分泌物中多项指标在先兆早产患者中的检测价值

Value of Th1/Th2 cytokines and various secretion indexes in detection of patients with threatened premature labor

目的：研究及观察Th1／Th2细胞因子与分泌物中多项指标在先兆早产患者中的检测价值。方法：选取2013年1月～2015年3月于深圳市大鹏新区妇幼保健院进行诊治的66例先兆早产患者为观察组，同时期的66例正常孕妇为对照纽，然后将两组的血清Th1／Th2细胞因子与分泌物fFN、IL-6、IL-8、MMP-8水平进行分别检测与比较，并比较观察纽中不同宫缩持续时间、宫颈长度缩短率及分娩情况者的检测水平。结果：观察组的血清Th1及IL6指标均高于对照组，其他血清Th2指标均低于对照组，分泌物fFN、IL-8、MMP-8水平均高于对照组，观察组中不同宫缩持续时间及宫颈长度缩短率的检测水平间也存在明显差异，P均〈0．05，而不同分娩情况者的检测水平则无明显差异，P均〉0．05。结论：Th1／Th2细胞因子与分泌物中多项指标在先兆早产患者中呈现明显的异常状态，因此认为其在此类患者中具有较高的临床检测价值。

Objective： To study value of Th1/Th2 eytokines and various secretion indexes in detection of patients with threatened premature labor. Methods：A total of 66 patients with threatened premature labor in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 were selected as observation group,66 normal pregnant women at the same time were selected as control group. The serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and secretion fFN,IL-6 ,IL-8, MMP-8 of two groups were respectively detected and compared, and the detection levels of observation group with different contraction duration, cervical length shortening rates and delivery situation were compared too. Results： The serum Thl and IL 6 of observation group were all higher than those of control group,other serum Th2 indexes were all lower than those of control group, the secretion fFN, IL-8, MMP-8 were all higher than those of control group. There were significant differences among observation group with different contraction duration and cervical length shortening rates （all P〈0.05）, while the levels of observation group with different delivery situation showed no significant differences （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Th1/Th2 cytokines and various secretion indexes are in abnormal state in patients with threatened premature labor, so it has higher clinical detection value for these patients.
