青光眼患者视盘参数及MMP、TIMP相关指标的变化

Changes in optic disc parameters,MMP and TIMP related indexes of patients with glaucoma

目的:研究及探讨青光眼患者视盘参数及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMP)相关指标的变化情况。方法:选取本院收治青光眼患者82例作为观察组,整理患者临床资料,另外选取同期来本院健康体检人员82名作为对照组,然后将两组研究对象的视盘参数及血清MMP、TIMP相关指标进行比较,同时比较不同Mills分期青光眼患者的检查水平,采用Logistic软件分析MMP、TIMP等指标与青光眼的相关性。结果:观察组的视盘参数均差于对照组,血清MMP及TIMP相关指标均高于对照组,同时不同Mills分期青光眼患者间的检测结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归分析显示视盘参数指标、MMP、TIMP指标均与青光眼存在明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼患者视盘参数及MMP、TIMP相关指标的变化较大,且不同Mills分期患者的差异较大,可作为本病诊治的重要监测指标。

Objective; To investigate change situation of optic disc parameters, MMP and TIMP related indexes of patients with glaucoma. Methods：A total of 82 patients with glaucoma were selected as observation group, 82 healthy persons with Health examination in the same age at the same time were selected as control group, then the optic disc parameters, serum MMP and TIMP related indexes of two groups were compared, and the detection levels of observation group with different Mills stages of glaucoma were compared too, the relationship between MMP, TIMP evaluation indexes and glaucoma were ana- lyzed. Results：The optic disc parameters of observation group were all worse than those of control group,and the serum MMP and TIMP related indexes were all higher than those of control group,Optic disc parameters Indicators.MMP.TIMP of obser- vation group with different Mills stages of glaucoma had significant differences （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion：Changes of optic disc parameters, MMP and TIMP related indexes of patients with glaucoma are obvious,and the differences of those indexes in pa tients with different Mills stages are significant too, so these parameters can be as important monitoring indexes of the disease.
