摘要
以某电厂660 MW超临界机组为研究对象,通过大量的试验及DCS数据,研究低负荷下相关运行参数的变化对NOx的生成、锅炉热经济性及SCR系统运行可靠性的影响。试验表明:锅炉的热经济性以环保性能为代价,不同运行参数的调整对SCR可靠性的影响不同,实际运行时应平衡环保与效率,考虑各种运行参数的变化对锅炉的影响。
Taking a 660 MW supercritical unit as an object of study, the effects of operation parameters on following factors were studied through massive tests and DCS data, such as the NOx emission, boiler heat economy and the operation reliability of SCR system, etc. Test results indicate that the heat ecnonomy of boiler improves at the cost of environmetnal performance; the effects on SCR relaiblity vary with the adjustments to different operation parameters, and in actual operation, the effects of various operating parameters on the boiler should be considered under the premise keeping the balance between environmental protection and heat efficinecy.
