摘要 针对超临界大容量火电机组参与调峰的实际情况,从机组的安全性、经济性和环保性等三方面分析了机组在深度调峰时对燃煤锅炉的影响因素,并针对可能出现的问题提出了一些相应的对策。实践表明:综合考虑锅炉低负荷时稳燃性能、水动力的稳定性、防止管壁超温和尾部受热面腐蚀等影响后,才能实现电网对这类机组参与调峰的要求。 In the light ofactual situation that supercritical power units have to take part in peak regulation, influence factors on the coal-fired boiler are analyzed from the aspects of security, economy and environmental protection during deep participating in peak regulation of the unit, to which countermeasures are put forward for possible problems. Practices indicate that the peak regulation requirements can be satisfied only after following problems are comprehensively considered, such as the boiler's low-load combustion stability, hydrodynamic stability, prevention of tube wall overheating and corrosion of tail heating surfaces, etc.
