摘要
针对某电厂1 075t/h锅炉汽轮机通流改造后再热器进口蒸汽温度降低,导致再热器出口汽温达不到设计参数,根据此锅炉再热器受热面布置方式和特点,在不改变原再热器受热面整体布置结构的情况下,创新性地采用特殊的三通结构,在保证受热面流量分配和壁温安全的情况下,将中温再热器和高温再热器受热面进行增容,加大中温再热器和高温再热器的受热面积,提升再热器出口汽温,有效解决了再热器欠温问题。
To solve the problem of insufficient outlet steam temperature of a reheater resulted from lowered inlet steam temperature after flow path reconstruction of a 1 075 t/h boiler, a special three-way structure is adopted to expand the capacity and area of heating surfaces in the medium- and high- temperature reheater, so as to improve the outlet steam temperature up to the design value, under the premise that the general arrangement and structure of the original reheater are not changed, the flow distribution in heating surfaces is guaranteed, and the wall temperature is kept under the allowable limit.
