摘要
介绍了炉底大包式W形火焰锅炉的拱区承载桁架施工,分析了该类桁架在安装现场的施工难度,提出对水冷壁安装有直接影响的垂直桁架的几种吊装方法,通过比较各种吊装方法的优劣性,表明小型吊机吊装法更适合于该类炉型桁架安装。
An introduction is presented to the installation of supporting truss for bottom penthouse located in arched area of a W-flame boiler, together with an analysis on the difficulties during installation, to which several hoisting schemes are proposed for vertical trusses that have direct influence on the water wall erection. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of above schemes, it is pointed that small hoisting mechanisms are suitable for installation of similar trusses.
