摘要 针对传统农药残毒检测仪,价格昂贵,体积庞大,检测预处理复杂等缺点,设计出一款由嵌入式芯片STM-32作为核心控制器的快速农药残毒检测仪。仪器采用基于酶动力学分析法,以蓝紫光为光源,主要用于有机磷类或氨基甲酸酯类农药的残毒检测。该系统综合运用了生化酶动力学分析方法,光电转换技术,智能微处理器技术,线性拟合技术,保证了测量结果的稳定与可靠。 Traditional pesticide residues' detection instrument has many imperfections,such as the high cost of price,the big size of the machine,the complex pretreatment. Based on these situation,a quick pesticide residue's detection instrument was designed and controlled by STM-32 embedded chips. The instrument based on the enzyme kinetics analysis uses the blue and violet lights as the light source. It is mainly used on organophosphorus or carbamate pesticide pesticides on residues detection. The system comprehensivly used the enzyme kinetics analysis method,the technology of photoelectric conversion,smart microprocessor technology,linear fitting technology to ensure the measurement result stable and reliable.
