摘要
为了促进山桃稠李的园林绿化规模的生产,以黑龙江地区野生山桃稠李为试材,对其组织培养技术进行了研究。结果表明:最合适的外植体消毒方法是75%的乙醇浸泡30s,0.1%升汞消毒8min;带顶芽的侧芽有很高的萌发率高达82.8%;最合适的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg·L^(-1)+NAA0.5mg·L^(-1);最合适的生根培养基为1/4MS+NAA0.5mg·L^(-1)。
The tissue culture technology of Heilongjiang wild Prunus maackii was researched. The results showed that: the most suitable explant was soaked in ethanol for 75 % 30 s,0.1 % mercuric chloride for 8 mint with the apical buds have high bud germination rate is up to 82.8%; the most suitable proliferation medium was MS + 6-BA1. 5 mg ·L^-1+ NAA0. 5 mg·L^-1; the most suitable rooting medium was 1/4MS + NAA 0.5 mg·L^-1.
