摘要
核型多角体病毒是昆虫病毒中最大的类群,它能够专一性地侵染并杀死一种或者几种农林害虫,并对害虫天敌、环境和人畜无害,是一种值得推广的绿色生物农药。为有效利用绿色生物农药防治病虫害,对我国近几年关于甜菜夜蛾核多角体病毒的毒力、病毒制剂研究与生产、田间应用及药效试验、增效剂研究、分子生物学等方面进行了阐述,并提出了新的展望和应用需求。
