真耳测试评估助听器方向性麦克风降噪效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的用真耳测试法比较助听器在方向性麦克风模式开启和关闭状态下真耳助听响应(real-ear aided response,REAR)的差值,得到不同频率、不同角度下方向性麦克风的衰减值。方法受试者为30例19~23岁听力正常者,测试时模拟40dB HL平坦型听力损失,受试者在言语噪声下配戴畅听方向性麦克风助听器,使用真耳测试的方法,在0°、90°、135°、180°的方位上分别测试并比较助听器在方向性麦克风模式开启和关闭状态下250~6 000Hz各频率的REAR值。结果与0°比较,当受试者面部与扬声器方位角呈90°时,助听器方向性麦克风在1 500、2 000、4 000、6 000 Hz的降噪水平有显著提高(P〈0.05);135°时降噪水平在1 000、1 500、2 000、3 000、4 000、6 000Hz有显著提高(P〈0.05);135°与90°比较,前者的降噪水平只在2 000、3 000 Hz处有显著提高(P〈0.05)。扬声器方位角为180°时降噪水平在1 000、1 500、2 000、3 000、4 000、6 000Hz处较方位角0°时显著提高(P〈0.05);在3 000、4 000Hz处较90°时有显著提高(P〈0.05);180°与135°比较,各频率降噪水平都无显著提高(P〉0.05)。结论助听器方向性麦克风对于来自正后方和侧后方声音的衰减大于正前方和两侧。
