摘要
矿山地质环境承载力是近年来从矿山地质环境、生态/资源环境承载力及地质环境评价领域交叉衍生出来的研究热点、难点、理论和应用前沿,目前正处于起步和发展阶段。在回顾承载力研究起源、发展和演化历程的基础上,论述了国内矿山地质环境承载力的研究现状,归纳了国内对矿山地质环境承载力的不同认识、理解和研究思路,总结了当前存在的问题、研究的难点和发展趋势。任何地质环境系统都有自稳定性和抗干扰的能力,在限定的开采强度内合理地对矿产资源进行开发可以使得"资源-环境-经济-社会"协调发展,这也是矿业和国民经济可持续发展的绿色动力和远景目标。
Mining geo-environmental carrying capacity is a new appealing,sophisticated hotspot as wellas a theoretical and applied frontier which derives from mining geo-environment, ecological/resourcesenvironmental carrying capacity and geo-environmental assessment in recent years. Now it is currently in theinfantile and developing stage. This paper reviewed the original, developmental and evolutional courses ofcarrying capacity, presented the research progresses of mining geo-environmental carrying capacity in China,summarized the different knowledges,understandings and approaches of mining geo-environmental carryingcapacity research internally, and discussed the problems, issues, difficulties and the trends of this research.Every geo-environmental system has the self-stability and anti-disturbance capability. Therefore, exploitationof mineral resources within a reasonable limitation under designated intensity level could promote "Resource-Environment-Economy-Society" integrated system harmoniously developed, which is also the green powerand long-term goal for sustainable development of mining and national economy.
