摘要
为了提高正兴煤矿的岩巷掘进速度,应用准直孔掏槽技术,针对岩层状况,设计了新的爆破方案,试验结果表明:1炮孔数量得到大幅度减少;2爆破进尺显著提高,循环进尺都在1.84m以上,炮孔利用率提高到了92%以上;3炸药单耗下降了25%;4巷道成型较好,眼痕率明显提高,超欠挖现象很少见。
In order to improve the speed of rock drivage in Zhengxing coal mine, technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting is applied. New blasting schemes is designed according to the conditions of rock. Thetest results are as follow:Q The number of blast holes makes considerable reduction;Q Blasting footage issignificantly improved, footage is above 1.84m with each repetition. Utilization ratio of blast hole brings upto 92%;(3) There is a 25 % decrease in explosive specific charge; (4) Contour outline of roadway is better.There is a marked improvement in the rates of half-hole marks. Over-excavation and under-excavationphenomenon are seldom seen.
