摘要 大倾角非稳定软煤综放开采时,支架与围岩系统的不稳定导致支架易倾倒、下滑。工作面发生倒架事故后,复位难度大,安全隐患多。分析研究长山子煤矿1121大倾角软煤综放工作面倾倒支架在安全复位过程中存在的主要危险源。工作面支架复位时,针对存在的危险源采取相应的安全保障技术,确保人员和设备安全。1121综放工作面严格采用并落实安全保障技术,确保了倾倒支架的复位工作安全顺利进行,支架恢复正常工作,保证了工作面的安全生产。 In steeply dipping soft seam fully mechanized caving face,support and surrounding rocks are unstable cause powered supports stability decreased, supports are easily toppling and sliding. When the working face occurred support toppling, righting support is very difficult and many hidden safety dangers. Analysis the main dangerous sources in safety reduction of 1121 steeply dipping unsteady soft seam fully mechanized caving face in Changshanzi coal mine. Based on existing dangerous sources, take relevant safety guarantee technology to ensure staff and equipment safety in righting powered supports. Safety assurance technology is strictly making and implement t in 1121 fully mechanized caving face, to ensure the safety during righting powered supports, powered supports recovered to normal work and ensure safety production.
