摘要
在线结构光三维测量系统中,结构光中心提取的速度和精度直接影响到系统的整体性能。基于几何中心法、方向模板法和灰度重心法,提出了一种快速提取结构光中心的算法。首先,先对图像进行预处理,通过几何中心法快速提取结构光中心作为骨架;然后,提出了一种基于位置的法线判断法求取骨架法线方向,与常用的方向模板法比较,在速度上有了大幅度提升;最后,对骨架法线方向上像素进行灰度加权,从而精确提取结构光中心。实验结果表明,该算法不仅在速度上有很大提升,而且精度也达到了亚像素级别。
The speed and accuracy of extracting the center of line structured light has a direct effect on integral performance of the system in three-dimensional measurement of line structured light. Based on geometrical center method,direction template method and barycenter method, a high-speed algorithm of extracting the center of line structured light was proposed. First, the image was preprocessed, and the center of line structured light was fast extracted as contour line by geometrical center method. Then a normal detection method based on location was designed to extract normal direction of contour line. Compared with direction template method, the calculating speed of the proposed algorithm significantly improved. Finally, the center of structured light was extracted precisely through gray weight of normal direction pixel on contour line. The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm's speed has significantly boosted in processing, and its precision reaches sub-pixel level.
