DNA Nanotechnology and its Applications in Biomedical Research

摘要 要是把自然界生命的基因组比作一本百科全书,DNA就是大自然印制这本书所用的“纸张”,而随着DNA纳米技术的开创,DNA又成了科学家们用来制作DNA纳米结构这种“纸手工”的材料。如今,我们能够想象的各种几何形态,从一维的纳米线到二维的平面图形再到复杂的三维几何体。几乎都以DNA分子为材料得到了实现。 In recent years, DNA nanotechnology has made great progress in building the so called DNA nanostructures. These structures are geometrically controllable, biocompatible and thus very promising in biomedical applications. Some studies and examples concerning DNA nanotechnology are reported in this article.
