摘要
目的 观察补中益气汤内黄芪和甘草对脾虚小鼠免疫调节的影响。方法 采用补中益气汤全方、单味黄芪、单味甘草、方中去黄芪和方中去甘草分别给脾虚小鼠灌胃治疗,并选择三种免疫指标分析方中黄芪与甘草的免疫调节关系。结果 全方能明显恢复脾虚小鼠的红细胞免疫功能、脾细胞NK活性,使腹腔巨噬细胞分泌TNF值达到正常水平。单味黄芪和去甘草组方也能使上述指标趋于恢复但作用较小。单味甘草对上述指标没有恢复作用,且对红细胞免疫功能有抑制倾向,去甘草组方的恢复作用又不如全方。结论 全方中的甘草具有较特殊的免疫调节功能。
Aim The immunoregulative effects of different combination of herbs in a Chinese medicinal recipe Buzhongyiqitang were to be observed. Methods Decoctions of the whole recipe, of the simple Am, of the simple Gu, of the recipe with Am withdrawn and of the recipe with Gu withdrawn were separately given to spleen--asthenia mice in d1fferent groups. Three selected kinds of immune indexes were analysed. ResuIts The whole recipe of Buzhongyiqitang could restore the Ied cell immunological function, NK activity and the value of TNF in spleen w asthe- nia mice to normal. The simple Am and the recipe with the Gu withdrawn could bring about the same result, except for a less efficacy. The simpIe Gu could not give the same effect and to cer- tain extent, it would inhibit the immunological function of the red cells. Conclusion Since the efficacy of the whole recipe is better than that of the recipe with Gu withdrawn, the effect of Tu in the whole recipe remains to be important.
